SIRCO Federal Services is a holding company that manages the Tribe’s federal contracting
services (non-construction) businesses.
SFSI focuses on coaching and advising subsidiary CEO’s as well as providing finance,
accounting, DCAA and DCMA audit support, regulatory compliance assistance, Human
Resources, risk management, and bid & proposal services, as required.
SFSI uses lean strategies to help subsidiary CEO’s grow their businesses as sustainable
enterprises through validated learning. Each CEO uses a build-measure- learn feedback loop to
